Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions explain how Tuscany Bridal Beauty services are booked and delivered, including bridal, guest, and group hair and makeup services. They apply to all clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.


1. Booking Requests & Confirmation

Submitting a booking form constitutes a request to book and does not, by itself, confirm a reservation or hold a date.

A booking is confirmed only once:

  • the Client has signed the service agreement contract, and
  • the required deposit or full payment (where applicable) has been received.

Until confirmation is completed, Tuscany Bridal Beauty cannot guarantee availability for the requested date or services.

Contracts are issued based on the services and details submitted in the booking form.


2. Deposits & Date Reservation

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the wedding date. The purpose of the deposit is to secure availability and remove the requested date from further bookings. Once a deposit is paid, Tuscany Bridal Beauty declines other enquiries for that date.

For this reason, deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the final balance.

For bookings made 12 months or more in advance, Tuscany Bridal Beauty may, at its sole discretion, consider a deposit refund if written cancellation is received within a limited time after booking. Any such refund is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account availability, timing, and business impact.

All cancellation requests made outside of this discretionary review period are subject to the standard cancellation terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.


3. Payments, Invoicing & Final Balance

All payments are processed securely via SumUp or by bank transfer. An invoice is issued for all payments, in accordance with Italian fiscal requirements.

  • For bridal bookings, an invoice for the deposit is issued first.
  • The remaining balance is invoiced closer to the wedding date and is due before or on the wedding day.
  • For guest-only bookings, full payment is required and invoiced after the booking request is submitted.

Invoices must be paid by the specified due date. Failure to complete payment may result in the booking not being confirmed or, if already confirmed, cancellation of services.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Client-Initiated)

As outlined in the Deposits & Date Reservation section, the deposit secures the wedding date by removing it from availability and is therefore non-refundable.

If the Client cancels a confirmed booking for any reason:

  • the deposit is non-refundable
  • cancellations made more than 30 days before the wedding date require no further payment beyond the deposit
  • cancellations made 30 days or less before the wedding date may require payment for services already rendered or costs incurred

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation terms apply.


5. Provider Illness, Emergencies & Substitutions

In the event that the Provider is unable to perform services due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to:

  • personally perform the services, or
  • provide a qualified substitute stylist

Only if services cannot be performed and no suitable substitute is available will payments already made be refunded.

The Client does not have the right to cancel a booking before allowing a reasonable time for substitute confirmation.


6. Delays, Schedule Changes & Cooperation

The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the Client and/or guests at the scheduled start time.

Delays caused by the Client, venue, or third parties may result in reduced service time without refund. Additional services or extended time may incur extra costs if agreed on the day.


7. Service Expectations & Limitations

Hair and makeup services are provided based on professional judgment, experience, and the information supplied by the Client.

Results may vary depending on factors including (but not limited to) hair condition, skin type, weather, timing constraints, and cooperation of participants. Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.


8. Client Conduct & Safety

Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully and provide a safe working environment.

Tuscany Bridal Beauty reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, without refund.


9. Liability

Tuscany Bridal Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless disclosed in advance in writing.

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. Tuscany Bridal Beauty is not liable for indirect, consequential, or third-party damages.


10. Confidentiality & Use of Images

Client information is treated as confidential and used only for service delivery and administrative purposes.

Photographs or videos may be used for portfolio or promotional purposes only with the Client’s consent.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any related agreements, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy
