After we receive this information form, we will send you an invoice with a payment link for the services you have selected.

Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your booking. Payment is accepted via credit card or bank transfer using the secure link provided.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% (depending on the services selected) will be deducted from any potential refund if cancellation occurs 30 days or more before the service date.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date are not eligible for a refund, as we reserve both the date and multiple stylists in advance to accommodate your group. However, your payment can be transferred to another guest in the event of illness or a no-show.

In the rare event that your assigned stylist is unable to attend due to illness or emergency, a trusted and qualified replacement will be sent in their place. You will be notified as early as possible should this occur.

Please note that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and your group, which prevents other clients from booking that time. This must be taken into account when finalizing your reservation.
